Habit stacking is the practice of pairing one habit with another and doing them in a specific sequence.

Some examples:

• After brushing your teeth you can take your medicine
• After ordering dinner you can go for a walk
• After taking a shower you can pray

You can continue stacking these habits like this:

• After I brush my teeth I will take my medicine
• After I take my medicine I will do my readings
• After I do my readings I will write in my blog
