I'm thinking of getting a job just so I can have more use cases for Emacs. I want to keep building on its wonderful capabilities and adding functionality. Getting a job, potentially, presents me with interesting problems to solve with Emacs. Keeping notes, automating things, presenting information, giving talks, writing code, etc.

I know it may seem like a strange reason to want a job, most people think of the money or the fulfillment the work itself brings, but for me I think tweaking my Emacs will be the main motivator and bring the most fulfillment.
